Defiantly Azureus. Tons of features, very nice interface, and plenty of plug-ins available (I recommend the 3D Tracker View plug-in, its fun to watch from across the room). Enable the encryption for higher speeds.

Time zone layout:
9:00 pm East Cost
8:00 pm Central
7:00 pm Mountain
6:00 pm West Coast
This should help those who don't understand time zones. Looking foward to playing, btw, what's the server info for ventrillo?

I doubt it will get that bad. There are organizations out there such as the EFF ( www.eff.org ) and the newly formed iPac ( www.ipaction.org ) who are fighting the good fight, and I whole heartedly support them. Problems like this tend to reach the Supreme Court, and it's through case law that precedents are set.
I seriously doubt the internet will deteriorate to nothing, there is simply too much of our economy on the line to warrant something like that. Worst case scenario this problem will reach a critical mass, where the average American realizes what’s going on and it suddenly becomes a big political issue.

I would definatly like to see some Battlefield 2 played. I know I could bring at least 6 people with me to fill up the server.

I figured it was either a bot or a really confused foreign user.... I've seen alot of people from places like Russia or China who are honestly trying to communicate like that.

I generally use either SmartFTP (they've done alot of work to cleanup the user interface) or FileZilla.

C/C++ Lesson on IRC
in Everything Else
Posted
I think doing it all via IRC would be too difficult if there is any more then about 5 people on there, typing out all the questions / responses etc would be very time consuming and inefficient.
I like the idea of having a written tutorial posted online either in a dedicated tutorials area of the site or on the forums, and then having weekly meetings via some VOIP / IRC chat to ask questions. Either Skype if there are just a few people, Teamspeak or Vent if there are more, or Skypecast if there are a lot of people interested. I would defiantly like to learn some more PHP / MySQL over the summer.
