I don't think its going to be a problem. Fore the fact that i can't load it further then the boot then my comp seems to kill one of the actions and then i hear the war cry of the pc.

Sorry guys i kinda gave up on filezilla and mine gonna try using the free nas that Darren used in 2x02

i was thinking of making a ftp sever with fillezilla but its not working for me. so i just wanted to know if, Freenas like the one Darren showed in 02x02 works with external hard drives? If so will it whip all the info off or is it safe?

I have a d-link di 714p+ router and a few Xp comps and one Xp pro. I want to make the pro into a nas or sever so i can back up stuff and get info when i'm at friends places. My small problem is that i donno how to, but i would like to learn? pls.. :?: would a ftp server be better?
