The ON position is that of the second photo I have posted above? Anyway, of course I am using the correct charger sent with the battery.

Hi all. I have purchased the Wifi Pineapple with the battery package (holiday promotion) but my battery seems not to work at all. I have charged it but when I plug it into the Pineapple it doesn't work. Of course the Pineapple works properly with the AC Adapter. Is the battery broken (I hope not) or am I doing something wrong? I attach two photos illustrating the situation. Thanks in advance to all
