you could try running a wireshark and see if you do pages from the pineapple with http and not https
-
script the webpage to look for your mac address... or update the firewall settings?
-
Nicely done Sebkinne!
-
Would you just put Facebook.com 172.16.42.1
Or is it more complex?
-
dnsmasq is on the pineapple, its a main component I think.
But you really should just use dnsspoof, which is really easy to set up and requires no crap to get it up and running :)
I'll try this when I get home. Thank you. :)
-
I haven't been able to get it going.
I did modify my dnsmasq.conf file to use my 172.16.42.1 as the dns server, but it never wants to re-direct to redirect.php
I have been looking through this: http://blog.philippheckel.com/2013/07/18/how-to-dns-spoofing-with-a-simple-dns-server-using-dnsmasq/
I did setup hosts with /etc/dnsmasq.hosts
I tried all of the above to no avail.

I think he means installing all of the infusions. The more that I install, the slower the page takes to load. Like 14.4k slow.
Yes, I am experiencing just this.
Once you start an infusion, it seems like it takes 30 minutes just to move around the pineapple to configure another one, also the wlan0 and wlan1 interfaces do not really play well together.
How do you setup a client interface on wlan0 instead of wlan1?
Also, can you use two infusions on wlan1? Like jammer and occupineapple?
Also, I left my pineapple overnight running both jammer and occupineapple and it seems like the pineapple rebooted or turned off both infusions.
-
Why not just connect to your pineapple SSID or any karma one and access the web interface?
Does the wifi interface come up on factory reset?
I thought you had to set a password, then the wifi interface enabled?
-
make it an infusions possibly?
-
So you wouldn't have to login with an ethernet cable every time, you could just flip the dip switches and then wam bam thank you mam, you have a open wifi connection to your pineapple, maybe just setup a default password like pineapplesareyummy
but i guess after the pineapple is reset, then the script is donezo.
might have to be part of the firmware then?
I think so.

This infusion is making my pineapple slow.
Goes up to 30% CPU and I cannot do anything else on it, tried to reset my pineapple 3 or 4 times, same result with each, slow.
-
If I do all the infusions, the pineapple becomes very slow and glitchy.
Is there something I can try to speed it up?
Overclocking or such?
-
Also, make sure you are not using the battery plug when powering the pineapple, made that mistake a few times myself.
-
you could use something like this, but maybe a smaller version, then all you need is string and hook and hopefully you can bring it back?
-
Coalminer,
Once you drop the pineapple off, how are you going to get it back?
Maybe people just have $100 to spend. :)

Evilportal-A nodogsplash captive protal
Blackout-Control the LEDs of the pineapple
Added, thank you. :)

I would take the job, then if one pays more, say to your boss, match it or well then i resign.
-
I would setup a computer use policy or something to that nature.
I would also would say that no 3rd party software be installed, only if approved by IT Security or Provisioning.
That would be my thought proccess, depends on how big of a company too.
-
I thought I would make a list of infusions and a brief summary of what they do, it might make choosing one more interesting.
Commander - lets you communicate to your pineapple over IRC
Wifi Jammer - This is an infusion to run MDK3 DeAuthentication attacks on surrounding clients from your MK5. This will work with both the internal RTL8187 card or with an external USB Alfa.
SMSer - Control your pineapple via text messages
FruitySniffer - a bash script that automates sniffing on a network.
Randomroll - Inserts gifs, and other images into webpages.
Evilportal - A nodogsplash captive protal
Blackout - Control the LEDs of the pineappleI am unsure about these as i haven't used them yet...
Ettercap - Spoofs arp addresses?
WiFi Manager - Manages your wifi?
Trap Cookies - ???
URLSnarf - ???
Have one I haven't mentioned?
-
In my experience, it takes about 5 minutes to display the colored blinking leds, then the webpage does come up for a flash on a cold boot.
-
Temps here in Minnesota are averaging about 0* though.
Guess I'll stick to indoors for now. :)
-
I'll check this out tomorrow.
