I use these anonymous proxy lists all the time. Probably your school blocked them. Try this simple trick : When you google f.e. proxy list, for each result you'll find the option "in cache" just click it and you'll probably be able to view it ;) worked for me all the time. Else : hack the admin acc with rainbow tables. Then change the server admin pass. Hope I helped
