Why does everyone keep saying English is simple... it's one of the most complex there is - with all the exceptions to rules and such. ^_^ Back to the original question it really depends on if you mean programming language or general computer language (like HTML - which is a markup language). To me the best simple programming language would be python, considering its functionality (I think I read somewhere that NASA uses it, lol).
