Hey, do you know if these machines were directly connected to the Internet ? I experienced the same issue and Dell Support had me upgrade to the latest version (1.2). Try uninstalling the application and install the latest by going to the link below. http://downloads.dellremoteaccess.com/ra_setup.msi Hope this helps you out.
