What are the best free programs for random hacking?

and if i am doing this on vista?

i followed what the instructions and downloaded python version 2.4.1 but when i tried to test it in the DOS window by typing "python -V" but every time i tried it failed i don't no why

one of them i turned of the internet switch and and i left it off the month isn't up yet and the other one my friend went on thee internet before he asked me for help and he told me this is what happened

i just found out that it slows down your processes and it takes over the internet and when ever i tried going to a different site i get rerouted to a web page with virus or it says its invalid destination

i am not sure but i dont think it worked what codes could i try in IDLE to see if it works rite?

i discovered it on 2 computers i was cleaning for friends

I just discovered that there is a virus going around disguised as a Microsoft update in your icon tray. I don't know what kind of damage it does but I heard it is bad. If anyone knows more about it please let me know I want learn more about it and to warn everyone just in case you didn't know.

ok i entered the code you gave me in notepad and saved it as hello.py to my desktop but i went to go run it and it flashed a command promp and nothing else happened what was supposed to happen?
