  1. So the duck does not have a way to see the NUMLock status like other physical keyboards can?
  2. Does anyone know how the keyboard lock works? I wonder if we could use the keyboard caps lock as a trigger to tell the duck when the OS has enabled the HID device. maybe the code would be turn on & turn off caps lock until the os sends the signal back that it accepts the change... The duck can load its payload. Does this make sense to anyone?
  3. I just received a sample from the website 4imprint.com of the usb http://www.4imprint.com/search/usb/product/7409-128/USB-Swing-Flash-Drive-128MB. I was able to crack open the case and put the duck in. Works well.
  4. Is there any documentation on the I/O for the USB Rubber duckie? Like are all these pins for Jtag or is there some for I/O so i can add switches to the Duck like the Teency?
  5. It would also allow us to use the U3 vector originally used by the switchblade.
  6. Naw. I wasn't at derby Con. But I am super excited about the possibility of something like this. This duck offers so many options. I cant wait for it to really kick off.
  7. If we have the ability to change the type of usb device the rubber ducky is then I wonder how we could get it to emulate a CD rom Drive. Then we need to come up with some code to make it read ISO's off of the microSD. BAM now we have the iso stick and rubber duckie in one package. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/elegantinvention/isostick-the-optical-drive-in-a-usb-stick just a thought
  8. Just FYI the power plug for a Fon+ 2201 is a RadioShack Adapt-A-Plug H. http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3870006
  9. Has there been any fix for the OM1P? The issues Im having is just like the others said. I can flash without errors but I cannot telnet nor ping. I have my PC's IP as 192.168.1.99 and the target being 192.168.1.1. All other interfaces on my pc are disabled except for the ethernet port.
  10. FYI: the R36 uses a Ralink 3050 and has a peak output of 500 mw.
  11. R36 looks to be a Ralink http://www.flickr.com/photos/58936758@N04/5992681080/in/photostream
  12. anyone know what chipset in in the R36?
  13. well given those options I would have to think it was the AP51. The reason being is that the other Devices have a grey button on the front. Also I ont see one ethernet jack on the device. Also the AP51 has a atheros chipset.
  14. Could it be that the Mk3 is the Open Mesh OM1P with the higher output and POE? it was shown here [url= ]Youtube scrubbed to time/url] Well looking at it now it seems to have a different case design. Does anyone know anything about this?
  15. Thats awesome news. Can't wait for it to be available. Let us know when you have any updates. Might be cool if a DIP switch shield could be designed for the Teency also. Thanks for the informative post. Glad to know that the Teency can act as a composite device utilizing multiple interfaces.
  16. There should be a way to limit HID devices save for a approved devices. That is really what we are exploiting the inherit trust provided to HID devices by the system. If this takes off (like U3 options) Im sure there will be a fix for it.
  17. Is there ever a way to set a device to be 2 USB devices? a HID and a Mass Storage? Make sure you let us know on Hak5 when you update the Arudino IDE Thanks for all your work.
  18. The tester of the process http://elasticsheep.com/2010/04/teensy2-us...ith-an-sd-card/. States that the files were accessable but it was not using the HID profile and the access was reduced from a standard SD card reader.
  19. I think the key thing it can do is preform any set macro, so doing a task in a lab / mass workstation environment doesn't really require you to type or interact with the system if the code is setup properly.
  20. I know Darren had said that it was only limited to the USB bus but here is some numbers on what the Teensy theoretically might be able to do. looks to be a max 500-62.5 keystrokes Taken from: http://www.pjrc.com/teensy/td_keyboard.html
  21. I would like to dev on this. I program in C++, Java, and VB. I am proficient with soldering.
