  1. Hi, how would I sniff https passwords using the nano? I had a mark 4 a while back and I didnt have much success. Also, how would I get the client to connect to the pineapple if they are already connected to a network. Thanks!
  2. Here's something I've been thinking about for a long time: you know when you go into a bar, ask for the wifi password and notice that the router has the default user and pass set? How easy if at all possible would it be to somehow sniff that traffic from somewhere else? Maybe it's even possible to automate things like capturing certain types of packages, cookies or even capture some credentials? Maybe I'm way off, I'm a complete rookie in this field. In that case I'd be very grateful if somebody explained why it can't be done! Thanks in advance!
  3. I'm trying to use the wifi pineapple to capture all 5ghz traffic, on channel 44. However when I try to run iwconfig wlan0 channel 44 I get: Error for wireless request "Set Frequency" (8B04) : SET failed on device wlan0 ; Invalid argument. Also none of the 5ghz frequencies seem to be listed: root@Pineapple:~# iwlist wlan0 frequency wlan0 11 channels in total; available frequencies : Channel 01 : 2.412 GHz Channel 02 : 2.417 GHz Channel 03 : 2.422 GHz Channel 04 : 2.427 GHz Channel 05 : 2.432 GHz Channel 06 : 2.437 GHz Channel 07 : 2.442 GHz Channel 08 : 2.447 GHz Channel 09 : 2.452 GHz Channel 10 : 2.457 GHz Channel 11 : 2.462 GHz I would appreciate any help on this matter.
