  1. I did a search for a hex editor but surprisingly, didn't find anything listed...I think it is operator error4 and I apologize if I f'd up. I want to be able to read the files on a disk, thumb drive, etc. I'd like to be able to massage the MBR in Windows....way back in the dark ages some guys writing security software for PCs for the government where I was at gave me a debug routine to fix the MBR that they had massaged. I was doing computer repair back in those days....but a lot of beer washed away all those brain cells. Once DOS 5.0 came out with fdisk /mbr, the software was obsolete. but, I would like to be able to see those first bits that are read...I have hexedit for windows...but, haven't gotten in to it. Will check to see if there is one for Ubuntu...thought I would ask for those more intelligent than I (every user on here)
  2. Hello All, I just purchased two rubber ducky. I am new to this, but have following the youtubes and reading a lot of posts. Well my first attempt is to create the HELLO WORLD payload, but I am stuck at flashing the device. I am following the instructions located at : https://github.com/hak5darren/USB-Rubber-Ducky/wiki/Flashing-ducky My System : Windows 7 64bit 1. I already have the following MS Visual C++ 2010 Red. (x64/x86) installed 2. I installed Flip 3. I had to manually install the Atmel Driver 4. Downloaded firmware duck_v2.hex (i assume this is twin duck) from https://github.com/midnitesnake/USB-Rubber-Ducky/tree/master/Firmware/Images (right click > save-as > filetype (all files)) 5. I ran program.bat duck_v2.hex and it FAILS as Parsing HEX file with error "Invalid HEX file syntax" I have tried 3 other firmware images from the repo. but still same error on all of them :( Can someone help me to what I am doing wrong? Thank you.
  3. Hi. I have some trouble I would like some help on. I have an app called "TV OFF" and its an app that uses your ir blaster to send tv-b-gone codes. However this app also has projectors and the tv-b-gone doesn't so I was wondering if somebody could help me extract the ir codes from the app. I then plan to put them in the tv-b-gone v1.2 firmware and reprogram my chip. The zip file is the app. Extract it and you will get all the source files. Thanks guys TV OFF v1.2.7.zip
