So, my little brother wanted the old file manger program from Windows Me. Problem is, He is running Windows Vista.

So, for 2 hours or searching google, I have found how to get the old Windows Me File Manger (winfile.exe) to work on Windows Vista for him.

Just for fun and giggles.
