jumpjr619 Posted April 5 Posted April 5 Can I install files through serial connection using apt-get, also can I add repos to it to install Deb files? Quote
dark_pyrro Posted April 5 Posted April 5 How do you expect that installing things using apt over serial would work? Quote
jumpjr619 Posted April 7 Author Posted April 7 Well people say to just add the directory or . Deb files to the tools file to the tools folder. Quote
dark_pyrro Posted April 7 Posted April 7 That's not the same thing as using apt (or serial either). Installing deb files using the "tools feature" is something else. https://docs.hak5.org/bash-bunny/getting-started/installing-additional-tools Quote
jumpjr619 Posted April 7 Author Posted April 7 Oh okay thank you. So now I'm trying to get the Internet portion of the bunny setup and I wasn't having much luck through windows so Im trying through Ubuntu and this is where I'm at. I'm downloaded the bashbunny automation platform and ran through the guided setup and now it's endlessly trying to detect the bunny. And at first I had it in arming mode and told myself this was wrong I should be running it from a switch with the RNDIS_ETHERNET payload and it still is trying to detect the bashbunny I've unplugged it threw in my Alfa USB wifi and ran guided setup again in settings the bunny is showing an IP of 172.20.20.1 and the adapter is up 172.20.20.20 also the bb is showing as an Ethernet adapter in my settings this is so far correct right. If so y if the bunny not being detected Quote
jumpjr619 Posted April 7 Author Posted April 7 Okay finally!!!! It found it and how crazy it found it the moment I sent my reply to u lol thank you for all your help bro Quote
dark_pyrro Posted April 8 Posted April 8 Good that you got it solved. But you must have used another way other than the one you described in your post because that shouldn't be possible to get working. Quote
