Mrethicalhacker Posted March 30 Author Share Posted March 30 @dark_pyrro get tried pinging it and it sends sometimes. One it did and one time it didn’t. Yes I’ve tried other browsers. I even tried factory resetting and then reuploading the firmware. Whenever I change it to a static ip to try and connect to the web interface it still doesn’t load. dark_pyrro Posted March 31 Share Posted March 31 Obviously, you are able to access the Pineapple if you are able to factory reset it, so it can't be all "dead". To continue to troubleshoot this, more info is needed such as output of the network setup, how you are powering your Pineapple (i.e. does it get enough power), does it work when you connect to the Pineapple using a USB cable, what USB cable are you using in that case (the one that came with the Pineapple, or something else), etc. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It says unable to connect Possible to ping the Pineapple? When I am connected to the pineapple yes. Once again Just the actual management web interface does not work. It doesn’t load it’s unable to connect or took too long and timed out.
