Shark Jack mobile connection and laptop connection by cable

Hi. i am triyng to connect my shark jack in my laptop by cable but i am having troubles. can anyone explain the steps. By the way, when i connect in my android the serial usb connection don´t recognize sharck jack. Any help?

Yes, of course! Make sure you are using the correct connection and port when connecting your Shark Jack to your laptop. Verify that the USB connection settings for Android are set up correctly.
