Upgrading Firmware on Packet Squirrel Mk2

I have a Packet Squirrel Mk2 but i think the Firmware is kinda broken. I can't access the Webinterface in arming-mode and the LED-Colors don't fit with those from the docs.

I tried following the "Upgrading firmware" section from the docs (https://docs.hak5.org/packet-squirrel-mark-ii/software-updates/upgrading-firmware). When I boot into Recovery Mode (the Way described -- but for me the LED turned solid blue instead of red) and go to the Page http://172.16.32.1/ there is no Tab "Recovery" for me where I could upload the firmware file:

I tried the Factory reset before but it also didn't seem to work.

Thank you for every help ._.

Some users got Squirrels that didn't have the correct firmware flashed from factory, but that was really early, even before it was officially released. Not at all sure if this is the case here, but I would suggest submitting a support ticket to get assistance.

That was the case. I sent a support ticket and just got a replacement that worked fine.

Thank you 🙂
