Need help with Wifi Pineapple Mark 5

I have a WiFi Pineapple Mark 5 and I'm facing issues logging in with the default credentials (username: root, password: change_on_install). To troubleshoot this problem, I've taken the following steps:

  1. Performed a factory reset.
  2. Powered off the WiFi Pineapple.
  3. Set DIP switches 2 and 3 to the "down" position.
  4. Powered on the device and waited for 5 minutes.
  5. Powered off the device.
  6. Set all DIP switches to the "up" position.
  7. Turned on the WiFi Pineapple.

Although I can access the WebUI, I'm still unable to log in using the default username and password. What additional actions or solutions should I consider to address this issue?
