gamars
I have a WiFi Pineapple Mark 5 and I'm facing issues logging in with the default credentials (username: root, password: change_on_install). To troubleshoot this problem, I've taken the following steps: Performed a factory reset. Powered off the WiFi Pineapple. Set DIP switches 2 and 3 to the "down" position. Powered on the device and waited for 5 minutes. Powered off the device. Set all DIP switches to the "up" position. Turned on the WiFi Pineapple. Although I can access the WebUI, I'm still unable to log in using the default username and password. What additional actions or solutions should I consider to address this issue? dark_pyrro
Where did you read that you should use default credentials? From what I can remember, the guide/wizard after the reset should allow you to set a password of your own.
