Pineapple does not open any APs - broken?

Hey,

I bought myself a Wifi Pineapple Mark7 and so far it's a very interesting piece of hardware. Unfortunately, I'm not able to open any AP (even the management AP). I'm not able to see any AP on any of my devices. I'm only able to see the advertised AP Impersonation pool, but only shortly after they got advertised and I'm not able to connect to them successfully.
Before I go to the support, I wanted to make sure, that it is not anything I might have missed. I am connected to the Pineapple via the USB Cable and set up the Network-adapter on my Windows. That's how I was able to install the pineapple in the first place.

Things I tried / checked:
- my filters are all set to Deny without any entries
- reinstalled a couple of times
- did a factory reset (yes, it probably just changed the password, but tried it anyway)
- my APs are enabled and not hidden
- my Pineapple is not set to passive mode
- tested the antennas, because who knows

Did I miss anything, or might I just got unlucky with a broken pineapple?

Thanks

Yes, I have completed the setup after the reset. And I can access the web interface and everything else.
The LED flickers when booting, but after it boots up, it is solid blue. So according to the LED and documentation normal behavior.

What's the output of:

lsusb

ifconfig (or: ip a)

cat /etc/config/network

cat /etc/config/wireless
!!! remember to mask/remove any PSK/passphrase that might be present in the file if you don't want to share it publicly

(dmesg or logread might be interesting to see but the above would be enough to start with)

What firmware is the Pineapple on?

Nothing obviously wrong there (apart from perhaps radio3, but that might not be an error and wouldn't really affect this issue). Have you tried to power the Pineapple from a power source that is guaranteed to deliver 2A? It should normally not be an issue to power it with less, but just to verify if anything changes to the better. Also try another USB cable (preferably several different ones just to be sure).
