I haven't seen it and it hasn't been mentioned (other than it has been said not to work). I've "followed" the Ducky since the 1st gen was released years ago and never seen anything involving mouse. It could perhaps be possible, but not using the Ducky itself, rather features of the target (such as using PowerShell on a Windows box). My guess is that it will not be added.
