Well, it's USB powered which means "somewhere around 5 V". Or, to be a bit more specific, it needs 5 V. It's possible it can use some more extended range of incoming volts than that, but such "experiments" will most likely void warranty.

When it comes to power consumption, I get about 0.1 A idle (not sure if it will really draw anything more than that if traffic is flowing at 100 Mbps on all ports simultaneously at max load).
