Also i installed Wireguard client on it through openwrt of pineapple, everything works fine except speed. Over pineapple wifi im only able to get 8 mbit/s, while normally through my wireguard server its about 500 mbits. Do you have any idea about bandwidth or other limitations on pineapple? dark_pyrro Posted December 20, 2022 Share Posted December 20, 2022 I wouldn't recommend using it as an ordinary router. It's not the intended use for the Pineapple. Use something else instead that is optimized for the task. Even though the Pineapple would be possible to use since neither the hardware nor the OS is that odd for an ordinary network device, it's not really how it's supposed to be used.
