dark_pyrro
That just simply seems like standard behavior for the Ducky. It does what it's told to do when it's inserted into a target machine. There's nothing strange with that at all. First of all, I'd suggest that you read the documentation for the Ducky. How to "solve" your situation is described there (and a lot more). You can open the case of the Ducky and remove the Micro SD card and use a Micro SD card reader to insert it into a computer and remove the inject.bin. However, the best way is to prepare the Ducky so that you can press the button upon Ducky boot (even if the case is there) so that it makes the Ducky enter ATTACKMODE STORAGE and stop the execution of the payload even if the inject.bin still is present in the root of the Ducky storage.
