A problem with customer service

Hi all

i have ordered a WIFI pineapple tactical kit more than 10 days and I didn’t receive it

when i tried to reach out the customer service they told me that my order was cancelled but I didn’t get my money back and they stopped responding 

is there any one have any other contact email for customer service??

I was able to take a look into the verification notes on this order and it looks like this order was cancelled because it was ordered from Kuwait. As detailed in our Shop Policy, we are not able to accept orders from countries we do not ship to.
