Question about the WiFi interfaces

On the WiFi Pineapple Mark VII there are three wireless interfaces, wlan0 through 2.

My question is, which interface is used by/for what, and which interface would correspond to which physical antenna?

  • Solution

Front side = USB ports + button
Left side = wlan1
Back Side = wlan0
Right Side = wlan2

wlan0 = open access point (via br-lan)
wlan0-1 = management access point (via br-lan)
wlan0-2 - Enterprise AP

wlan1/wlan1mon = pineap "exclusive"

wlan2 = used for client mode (i.e. letting the Mark VII get network/internet access)

wlan3 = 5 GHz USB (if available)
