dark_pyrro
You say "a few years", is it really about the Mark VII or some older generation of the Pineapple? What procedure are you using to factory reset it?
Messukan
It is Mark VII (purchased 2020). I have connected to windows and accessing via http://172.16.42.1. Starting from the GUI the factory reset process is just processing but hours and seems that it can't be completed....
dark_pyrro
What file are you using when doing the recovery? The recovery firmware file or a regular firmware file (such as the 1.1.1 file)? Try opening another browser tab and visit the Pineapple IP address but add port 1471 (just like you normally would do when using the Pineapple). It may have just gotten stuck on the stager page. Messukan
Thanks. Yes, I am connected with port 1471 and have the following print screen attached to show you
dark_pyrro
OK, well, I would advise doing it according to the firmware recovery/factory reset procedure instead if you want to start from scratch. https://docs.hak5.org/wifi-pineapple/faq/factory-reset-and-recovery
