Lack of support

I’m not the only one here that’s gonna say that the mark 7 doesn’t perform up to par. While I was able to update mine once I got it I’ve never been able to grab a handshake. I’ve tested it on my own network and no handshake. I decided to order the 5ghz module when it was in stock and that somehow never got shipped and was declared lost. I was refunded but that really was a shitty deal. I’ve been in contact about getting this either sent back or replaced but all I got was sent to somebody else’s who i have yet to get help from.  I’ve been pretty patient as this has been going on for weeks now and I’m still sitting here with a non working pineapple.
