Cancelling My Orders!

Hey guys,

I'm trying to place an order since Dec 3rd. After few mins of making the payments it get cancelled for some reason. Now, I am trying to reach out for the customer support via e-mail, however, no one has contacted me yet! All I've got from them was that they'll get back to me within 2 business days. It's been 4 days now. Is there a phone number or live chat where I can discuss this issue with them?
