Possible to inject javascript into every request?

Let’s say I want to add a JavaScript snippet on every page requested over the Tetra,

is there a simple way to go about it? Or any ideas on how to accomplish this, if even possible?

Obviously would prefer to do both https and http, but would settle for http only if https isn’t possible
