Prevent internet access and respond with 300 status

I'm using 'Evil Portal' as my captive portal, but the users are still able to go to other web pages.

In a real world scenario I wouldn't have access to internet for the pineapple,

so I'm wondering is there for an example block other sites with a 300, 400 response, forcing a captive portal to show?
