Mk5 connection

Hi I got the pineapple connected to the net 

But I can't upgrade firmware or access the pineapple bar

It gives me a error msg saying to check my internet connection

I'm I doing something wrong 

Any help would be great

You have to upgrade the firmware and install infusions manually - the Mk V hardware isn't getting updates, one of which was an upgrade to SSL libs for connection to the automagic updates.

Not a difficult process - download, transfer to pineapple, install.
