summits Posted March 23, 2019 Share Posted March 23, 2019 Hey everyone, I just received a new Tetra but am having some difficulty getting it working. When I plug the Y cables into my desktop, all three lights will light up and then the blue led will begin to blink. After 20 seconds or so the blinking stops and it goes blank. When I view the network adapter it shows: identifying... > network cable unplugged. So I'm never able to navigate to the web interface. Things I've tried so far: - Power adapter and cat 6 cable - Y cables and power adapter - Uninstalling and reinstalling drivers I did notice that when I plug just the power adapter into it nothing happens, is that normal?
