Cannot Start Any Modules

Hopefully, someone can point me in the right direction or share any similar experience. This is for a Lan Turtle non-3g

Has there been any known issue with the turtle lately as far as the modules are concerned? I can't seem to start any module either via the Turtle Shell(v5) or even manually at the terminal. When i hit start from the Turtle Shell, or i get is Starting <whatever_the_module>  is, or sometimes just blank dialog window. Then finally have to hit OK to go back. Module never starts. 

Just FYI:

I have manually flashed/factory reset and installed the latest software more than 5 times.

I have manually removed and installed all modules from the git repos the same number of times. 

Any information will be greatly appreciated. Been trying to test this turtle out with no success.

I am having a number of troubles with certain modules.  I have gotten autossh to work, but the Meterpreter shells don't, and several others are having problems.
