Pineapple Nano Issues

My Wifi Pineapple Nano Tactical Elite edtion just arrived and I have some problems with it.

The Wifi dongle wich it came with disconnect's after around 5 minutes, my system logs gives the following:

And when the dongle is working then for some reason my SD-Card is not showing up, I am using a Sandisk 16GB Micro SD Ultra.
