TimH
I successfully had my Tetra working a month ago ... got it booted and connected and configured. Finally got approval to connect it to our test network so I was trying to connect again today. Now, when I connect via an ethernet cable, Windows 7 says "Identifying ..." and just sits there and never successfully gets an IP. When I connect via USB, I get "USB Device not recognized". I tried installing the Realtek device drivers for Windows 7, but that didn't help. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?
machinegeek
I'm having same problem under Windows 8. No one (from hak5 support/dev team) has replied with a solution? Do they even read these posts?
