Connecting from Windows 7 - USB Device not recognized

I successfully had my Tetra working a month ago ... got it booted and connected and configured.  Finally got approval to connect it to our test network so I was trying to connect again today.

Now, when I connect via an ethernet cable, Windows 7 says "Identifying ..." and just sits there and never successfully gets an IP.  When I connect via USB, I get "USB Device not recognized".  I tried installing the Realtek device drivers for Windows 7, but that didn't help.  Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?
