Create a sided to side connection

Hi community!

I´m living an Austria and i like to create a side to side connection over a cell phone ISP (DREI).

The problem is that the ISP will block any incoming connection - the hole network is behind a NAT.

I`ve tried following things:

- Mobile Internet stick into a Router (DDWRT) - created via PPTP a bridge connection to another DDWRT Router. => works only in one direction 

... before i tried this with two fix ip adresse => works perfekt

 

have any an idee how to drill a hole into this NAT with a LAN Turtle? Can any advise me how i config my LAN Turtle?
