Mk5 Karma not working on new Mark V

I just purchased a brand new Wifi Pineapple Mark V. I turn it on and followed the instruction video to install new firmware (version 2.4.0). I then logged into the pineapple and turned on wlan0 and also Mk5 (karma). I clicked the PienApp infusion to look at the karma logs, but nothing is showing. Am i missing something here> i have several devices around it looking for wifi connections (mac laptop, google nexus, iphone).

sometimes what i have observed is that going in and out to different tabs, gets values in the log file. I think the log is been collected, somehow just doesn't write until you hit refresh or you go in and out of tabs ..try it
