Help please

Hello guys

I just bought my Wifi Pineapple, and i am very exited to try it

but when i connect it through ethernet to my laptop running win7 pro ,

first it logs just great to the web interface,then i just upgraded the firmware 2.4.0, but it shuts down my internet connection on my laptop

and changes ipv4 settings and of course no internet also on the web interface

and when i unplug the ethernet cable every thing goes back to normal

and i did every step as showed on the university
