Minion Posted August 7, 2015 Posted August 7, 2015 Hey, I figured out many of the home computers/networks i test are proof against remote desktop because the port is still closed in the Router or external firewall. So once enabled on the machine and a rule is added to the firewall it still won't work, anyone think it would work if i write a script that would change this: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\TerminalServer\WinStations\RDP-Tcp\PortNumber Port number 3389 to port number 80. Would it still block the Remote connection or would it be allowed because port 80 is like 'open' in the router? Thanks! Quote
