pear1982
Pineapple 4 Macbook Pro. 10.7.4, Internet on wireless, trying to wire to the pineapple on eth0 Hi, was curious if there were any setup instructions for the Mac? I looked through the linux/windows ones and it all seems easy enough, the one problem being the Mac 'share connection' feature seems to always try to share out 192.168. land regardless of how the eth0 is configured in the gui and the pineapple is looking for 172.16.42.1 to get to the internet? Should I try to change what the pineapple is looking for, or does someone have the commands handy to do the nat/bridge on eith0 -> wireless on the command for the mac to work with the pineapple? Seems like this must have come up before but I didn't have much luck searching.

H4x0r18
You guys are absolutely correct. The Mac's ICS is completely different from Windows 7. Here is my video explaining on how to setup ethernet tethering for OS X Mountain Lion and Linux. I hope this helps!
