Anybody know how to install Windows XP through PXE boot?

I have a thinkpad laptop with a busted connector for the CDRom, no floppy drive and installing from USB doesn't even work. This is the last option.

I'm dual booting this machine with gentoo, I've been able to figure most of the gentoo pxe install out for myself. Just need help for the windows part.
