does anybody know any transistor equivalents {list, text file, site, etc} ?

I usually go to http://nte01.nteinc.com/nte/NTExRefSemiProd.nsf/$$Search to see an equivalent. Usually other companies equivalent parts are listed also indirectly.When in doubt. I just do a simple web search will do it.

I'm looking for the 2SK117.

Someone told me to replace it with:

{2SK68, 2SK106, 2SK121, 2SK163, 2SK184}.

The only transistor i can find to buy

starting with 2SK* is 2SK1069

From google searches i found these:

{BF245a, 2N5457, J201, 2N5484, 2N5485, 2N5292}
