jmaxxz Posted January 18, 2010 Share Posted January 18, 2010 Hey all my fellow Hak5 fans! Currently I am working with a team on a open source project which I thought some of you may find interesting. Basically we are creating an augmented reality multi-player FPS which we are planning on releasing under the GPL sometime this spring. It is pretty home-brew, in that our system consists of off the shelf web-cams, gps dongles, and video goggles. It will probably not perform well enough for wide spread use, but that was never really our intention. Rather, we are just looking to show of the tech, and hopefully encourage the community to build upon our work. Does this project sound interesting to you? Would you like to hear more?
