I received a product defective due to UPS handling of the product UPS tried calling them to start a claim on the shipping I've tried calling and I Submitted a support ticket 14 days ago on august first and still no response. Submitted a second ticket about not getting a response on the first ticket and they respond to that one saying she will let the guy, the first ticket is assigned to, know to take a look at it but he still doest respond to the ticket.
