2Mb/s is only 10$ in my country,maybe i should try other os

I'm from vietnam though they have server in china or some kinds of countries.Can i just donwload these updated files and install them manually?

I have just installed a fresh kali linux 1.1.0, i ran apt-get update but it was really slow like it was download files with just 50kb/s,replaced the default repositories in the sources.list file to : deb http://old.kali.org/kali moto main non-free contrib # For source package access, uncomment the following line # deb-src http://old.kali.org/kali moto main non-free contrib Still slow af, any suggestions guys?
