Restore the Bash Bunny from the recovery partition:

    1. Set the Bash Bunny switch to position 3 (arming mode)
    2. Plug the Bash Bunny into a USB power source. The LED will momentarily light green. As soon as the LED goes off, unplug the Bash Bunny.
    3. Repeat the previous step twice more (for a total of 3 times)
    4. Plug the Bash Bunny into a USB power source and leave for 4 minutes. The LED will light RED to indicate recovery. When the light returns to BLUE blinking, the Bash Bunny has recovered.

    Hi Darren,

    Please, I nned your help.

I have done everything you said in your post, but when I try to open the tools from Windows--> BB--> Tools   , it tells me that the tools file is damaged or unreadable.

I am not able to install the tools...

  2. Hi everybody ,

I really love this BB, but i need a bit of help.

I would appreciate if someone could explain me slowly ( I am not an IT literate, sorry), how to :

    - Install the tools

    - Change the language into Spanish (es)

I am not able to run nearly any single payloads, apart from "Hello world) :-(

    Thanks for you help

I feel really stupid for asking this but how do I install the tools? Do I copy the repo to the bunny and run from /media/root/BashBunny/payloads/library/tools_installer or do I run it from a clone copy of the repo or do I run it from the serial console? When I tried to run it from /media it wouldn't let me (I tried to chmod +x but it still wouldn't run). When I tried to run it from the cloned console it wouldn't run (gave me the message find: ‘/root/udisk/payloads/’: No such file or directory). I can't find the directory in the serial console.

    Thanks for the help,

    Tim

    Hi Tim,

I am trying to run the tools from  Windows.

¿How did you sort it out? ¿Could you make it work?

I am feeling stupid, believe me.

    Thanks

Instead of step's 3 and 4, you can copy my payload.txt to one of the switch directories and it will git clone the payloads directly on the device. That way, you can just run `git pull origin master` from /root/udisk to keep your library up to date. The payload will also run the git pull command the second time you use it.

    Git Bunny Git:

    Hi,

I tried to download your link but in did not work.

    Have you deleted?

Could be great if we could use it.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I received my BB a week ago and 'till now none of the credential payloads i've tested did not work. Here's a list i've tried:

    • BrowserCreds
    • MrRobot
    • BunnyTap
    • QuickCreds
    • JackRabbit
    • WindowsCookies

I've tried those on two different PC's, one with Windows 10 and one with Windows 7.

What also kinda bothered me is that i can't get the internet sharing working on Kali Linux. What i've tried:

    1. Create a payload.txt file with "ATTACKMODE ECM_ETHERNET" on it. Started my BashBunny on the switch the file was located ( Switch 1 ).
    2. Download bb.sh from bashbunny.com
    3. Started it with root privileges.
    4. Tried both Guided and Manual but both ended up in having no network at all.

But, beside those things. I really love the BashBunny and its features. Also the shipping was really quick. If anyone got some tips to get those payloads working, please post them.

    Hi,

I have the same problem than you.

    Could you make it work?

Please, if so, I would like to know how. I am getting mad about my BB.

    Thanks

    NEVER FORMAT YOUR BB

Well , it is a question o f being completely mad about this nice , but useless for me , BB.

I have just taken the payloads from : https://github.com/hak5/bashbunny-payloads/tree/master/payloads/library/credentials

Not even changed a single character, believe me.

    Thanks

Second ask us a specific question, which payload are you having problems with?

  10. Hi ,

Please, does some one know where can I get full detailed information (for really , really beginners ) of how to install and make work a bash bunny?

We have just bought it and looks impossible to make it work, even we have watched a lot of videos (thaks anyway to all the people that has taken a lot of time recording them).

    Thanks in advance.
