Hello,
Just watched Hak5 video 1819: Building a Home Lab Virtual Server Quick and Dirty.
For a few month now i'm running Vmware instead of Xenserver with serveral vm's.
Intel Nuc are great for home lab environment but there is 1 disadvantage, there is only 1 nic available.
I would like to great 2 seperate networks, so I need 1 extra nic.
I've searched the Internet but could not find a good soilution.
I'm using the Intel NUC5I5RYK and use the M.2 Slot for the storage database (vm's).
Is there a solution with the use of USB 3.0 to Gigabit Ethernet NIC Network Adapter?
I have no problem to use an other virtualization platform to solve this problem.
It's important that I can run vm's with linux and windows.
Hope to read some great solutions :)
Kind regards,
Happy Intel Nuc user.
