It's not a good Idea to install the previous generation Pineapple's firmware this generation of hardware.
I think that you need to do a firmware recovery.

We'll there is other ways. To do the setup.
One is plug into computer and from there.
Second is from usb drive. Which is odd for the first time. For the first time in the pineapple line..
