i have payloads but idk how to put them on the usb man. i can write payloads easily but its the usb part that confuses me

anyone help? idk how to load payloads onto the usb

so i am comp sci student in uni (just got done 1st year) and i am looking to execute some .exe's and jars on all my machines in a quick manner (this changes everything to the way i like everything personalized). i see some payloads that run .exes and .jars from my SD but i dont know what to do with them. any help? i am not familiar with this type of hardware. also can i swap the SD card for my 128g one?
