Apologies for a stupid newbie question: I set up my Mark V and had it working fine, but then after powering it off and back on again a few days later, I can't communicate to it via the ethernet connection. The amber light is not coming on at all. I can't flash it because I can't set a static IP address. I also tried resetting to system defaults using the DIP switches (set to 10011) but nothing happened.
I think I unplugged the ethernet and power at some point while the Pineapple was up and running. Also in the meantime I restarted my laptop (for unrelated reasons). Did I break it?
