Update, this is no longer an issue with the new firmware update

not the case either, recently wiped cleaned and started fresh on windows 7 (had windows 8).

Java is enabled, and yes I've tried turning it off and back on

I'm getting an error while trying to access the webpage for the pineapple using google chrome or firefox on a window 7 (64 bit) ultimate. Works fine in Linux using iceweasel. Has anyone else seen something similar, or know how to fix it. Screenshots attached
